Our open and spacious restaurant occupies an enviable position on the sweeping promenade of Llandudno. A glance out of the window reveals breathtaking views of Llandudno Bay and the pier, framed by the limestone headlands of the Great Orme and the Little Orme. Whatever the weather, the vista is breathtaking.

We are always conscious of our guests' needs and therefore cater for all dietary requirements. Rest assured, you will find all the traditional favourites we know you love amongst the innovative dishes we have created for our own mouth-watering menu.

Fresh local ingredients

Much of our food is sourced and bought locally whenever possible. We have significant peace of mind in knowing where our food comes from, how it is grown and raised. Our chefs lovingly use these ingredients to create dishes for every palette. As an example, we buy in fresh Conwy mussels which come from the estuary where the River Conwy meets the Irish Sea - some five miles away from The Merrion!

We also provide for the 'exotic' and again, we source only the best products from around the world. We have a superbly stocked wine cellar and provide excellent 'house wines' as well as catering for the more discerning palette regarding the 'ultimate' companion to your meal.
