Cancellation Policy

We request that all bookings are secured by means of a £30.00 per person deposit. If you unfortunately have to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

Up to one week prior arrival, there will be no cancellation charges, the deposit will be held against a future booking for a period of not less than one year, or returned at the discretion of the management.
Between one week and the day of arrival, there will be no cancellation charges but you may at the discretion of the management loose your deposit.
Cancellation of the day of arrival; this will result in the loss of deposit and cost of the first nights accommodation being charged in full.
